Default SOME UPDATED PICS OF MY DAUGHTERS INTEGRA

ITS A 2000 INTEGRA LS, NON VTEC B18B1 ENGINE...I KNOW ITS NOT THE MOST POWERFUL OF THE BUNCH - BUT...WE HAVE IT LOOKING PRETTY SHARP! WE ADDED THE HEADERS, THE 66MM SKUNK2 THROTTLE BODY, SKUNK2 PERFORMANCE INTAKE AND INJEN COLD AIR INTAKE. IT CERTAINLY WOKE THIS LITTLE ENGINE UP! ITS NO SPEED DEMON BUT IT LOOKS GOOD AND IT SURE IS FUN TO DRIVE!!

WE JUST ADDED THE FRONT AIR DAM ON IT ALSO

WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK?

THANKS!
JAY

Clean car. Mods look as if they were installed neatly. You probably want to post this in the appearance forum. It will likely get moved or deleted from here.

Very clean compare to the integra's around here(Toronto), I would 100% buy that if I saw it for sale.

What exhaust setup are you running? I just picked up a LS a few weeks ago and the skunk2 throttle body and intake is exactly what I want!

I agree. car looks very good and clean so far, but if you could...

It gives the impression that you are "yelling" in type-speak, in case you were not aware.

i know its all overkill for an automatic, but its fun working on the car with my daughter
teaching her about her first car!

we didnt spend a LOT of money because i knew it was an automatic and she didnt need speedanyway! we basically made it LOOK FAST and LOOK GOOD. thats all we were after.
now it did wake the little engine up a bit! we are pleased with it.

the 4-2-1 headers were $70
the cold air intake was about $150
the 66mm skunk2 throttle body was about $150
the skunk2 intake manifold was $225
i had the valve cover powder coated for $40

almost everything i buy, i shop around and get parts off ebay and put on myslf...
its been a fun little project and a fun car to play with!

Maybe you should look into a hondata s100 engine management and have the motor tuned on the dyno, this is a good investment for the engine to run as efficient as possible basically will run the engine 10 times better and give you the best gas milage. In your case it won't be to mainly extract horse power but to have the engine run as best with the new engine mods you have on there. with these changes it can be running a bit more rich than you think giving worse gas milage because the stock ecu is setup for a stock engine it will compensate for the changes but its better to have the motor tuned by a tuner on the dyno.

I did most of that to my daughters LS, back in 04.
I also went with larger brakes (OEM Honda), and a few other things.
The brakes fit under the stock 15" rims, except for one thing. When she has a front flat tire, a rear tire needs to be moved to the front and the donut spare needs to go onto the rear.
Eventually went with 17" rims and NeoGen tires.

Which is the correct procedure for a flat tire on the driven axle with a smaller diameter spare for all vehicles.

Yes, you are correct.

But with the itr calipers, she is forced to put the donut on the rear (where, as you indicate, is the correct location).
