Default 2004 Accord Lx V6 temp guage moving to Hot

Hello. I have a 2004 Honda Accord Lx V6 and I have the AC compressor replaced due to my AC not working. I got my AC working but today when I was driving my temperature gauge started moving a little to hot, and when I stop my temp guage move more to the hot side. But when I drive,it moves back to the center. fortunately I was a few minutes away from my house and I drove the car there and turned it off.I don't know what's going on. my radiator fans are working and I'm trying to figure out what's going on. please help Thanks!

sounds pretty normal to me. other than the fact this isn't related to performance tuning. moving to accord forum.

Maybe your thermostat is getting stuck closed. My 03 V6 never goes up to half way. Don't let the engine overheat, which is especially bad for an aluminum engine.

Did you ever drain and fill the coolant? Maybe you should do a leak down test to make sure your head gaskets haven't gone bad

Maybe your AC compressor wasnt the problem, but your COOLING FANS are. Check for fan operation with AC running with car off. If they run with AC override then you know the fans themselves are good. Then check your fan relay by swapping it with another like it. If you still have fans then check "Coolant fan switch" Not the same as temp sensor, that obviously works. Also check coolant levels for leaks and air in the system.
