Sounds just like mine dude. Looks like it is just about done for you.
Got mine tuned up and this past Saturday I went out to really drive it for the first time and put a few miles on it. The radiator decided to crack when and nearly leave me stranded. Luckily it is getting replaced under warranty.

Let me know how your wastegate works out with your setup. I have a 60mm Tial on my setup and using a 6765. I never took apart my wastegate to see what spring or springs were in it, but lowest boost my car ran on the dyno was 17psi. I also have a 4 port solenoid that is not getting utilized right now since it is running on wastegate spring on a pump gas tune.
Your going to have fun with it though. The power comes on quick with my setup, I can't see it being that much different with yours.

LOL already planning accordingly
K Trans are pretty weak compared to B Trans...
But find me a stock 4 banger trans that stands the abuse above 518tq LOL

The stock B series tranny might be able to handle some power a little better than the stock K series tranny. But both of them are gonna break at some point at the track when you are making the big power. Thats the reason mine will be a street car most of its life and even then they will ring the teeth right off the gears. It's all part of the game I guess when you don't want to spend $5k or more for a nice set of gears.

I like this build. Super clean and great power. Only thing I was worried about was that intercooler setup. Since you have the inlet and outlet on the same side of the intercooler, wont it create a lot of turbulence since the air is flowing opposite directions? I probably would of used dual cores stacked on one another and had separated end tanks on the inlet/outlet side and one end tank on the opposite side. Help direct the air a lot better. Unless he welded a divider inside the inlet/outlet endtank to direct airflow which would also work. Sick build regardless though. Doesnt seem to be affecting power that bad.

That intercooler is two seperate cores I believe. One top one bottom. I don't think air flows in to one huge core and it's just a turbulent mish mash of what comes out lol.
Edit: looking at it again it really does look like it is just one big core.... Hmmmm

Yea i dont see a weld in the middle so it might possibly just be a bunch of air swirling everywhere in there. I wonder how much air doesnt even flow through the core and just bypasses it. A vertical flow intercooler would have also worked better for his setup.

- Bar & Plate Aluminum Intercooler
- Core Size: 24"x12"x3"
- Overall Size: 31"x12"x3"
- 3" Inlet & Outlet One Side
- 3" Thickness Core
You can ask the guys at Humble, I honestly didn't expect more than 600-650hp and to have hit 725hp 518tq @ 24psi, I'm very very very happy to see that.
