'92 accord car horn won't turn off.
Hey... The previous owner had a Python 700 system installed and it looks like the red/blue from the steering wheel horn buttons hooks into the brain in the fuse box.
As of now, the stock horn is unplugged under the bumper, because when it is plugged in it will not stop sounding.
I've checked for shorts in the steering wheel and it was fine. I even cut both wires to see if there was a sticky button, but when BOTH of them were cut, it was still sounding.
So I think it might be a relay problem but I have NO idea where that relay is or how to get to it.
Any suggestions? I know I just threw a lot of info at you. haha. This is the ONLY thing kicking my *** at E/I.
