2004 Honda Accord LX Fuse Diagram??

I'm having some issues with my 2004 Honda Accord LX 4-door, and I think I need to replace some fuses, but don't have a fuse diagram. Does anyone have one they could post, or email to me? I've been googling, but keep getting Civic and Del Sol diagrams.

Problems I'm having:
[*]Door Locks: I can unlock doors with key fob and button inside car, but can't lock. Lights flash outside, but none of the doors lock. Can only lock them manually. Have read this may be an actuator (?), but could also be a fuse issue.[*]Constant bulb burnout: I've had this car 2.5 years, have replaced both headlights at least 3 times, replaced third brake light once, and other brake lights at least twice. Bulbs burn out CONSTANTLY. Have been pulled over by cops 3 times for dead headlight, last time was less than a month after last bulb replacement. Getting desperate.

Any suggestions besides replacing fuses are welcome too.

I work at a dealer and I have noticed we do ALOT of headlight bulbs on 03-06 accord. Your door lock problem, could have several culprits. A faulty drivers door lock actuator can upset the rest of the doors. I have also so put an underdash fuse box in this body accord for multiplex problems, if your model applies.
