where u get 4.2????
i'm just curious since other sites state this exactly, not that the extra .2 quarts would hurt anything...

Re: Oil Capacity?
hahaha. you guys are funny. 4.2, 4.0 quarts, either one is fine. LOL. and so is 4.5. heck, put 5 quarts. LOL. to the OP, either of the first three will be fine, whichever one best fits you.

Re: Oil Capacity?
kool. the v tec motor takes about a little more oil than the f22b2's. I usually put about 4.2 into the non v tec's and about 4.7 into the v tecs. I too work on car's (specifically honda's) for a living. and I hate it. LOL. hopefully you like your job more than I like mine.
but what's the difference with 4.5 and 4.7? nothing. LOL. just preference. laters.

Re: Oil Capacity?
well the reason i said 'practically' because yes i change oil often, but isn't my job title. I jump around often from brakes, to state inspections, to w/e else the shop needs help with at the time. Also we work on anything and everything for the most part so I don't get stuck with only honda's all day.
