if its a manual transmission it will just be running out on the floor from the fill hole and if its an auto tranny probably nothing but it might spew back out the dipstick hole after driving it hard. just get a suction tube and suck some back out or your moms turkey baster

if its overfilled. and you know its overfilled, you should definately drain. i don't know what could happen, bet there's a warning that says do not overfill, and i imagine whoever wrote that new what they were talking about.
