LS/Vtec 2.1L with Hayabusa ITB set-up (56k beware)
The set-up:
GE Stroker Kit 95mm stroke
GSR Head, slightly ported on exhaust side
11:1 compression
RS sleeve 84mm
RS cams
Hayabusa ITB
JDM Type R DC 4-1
RC 310cc injectors
Kenji chip
Just got my new Digital camera.... Not to many people stoking with 95mm and thought I post this up. Had the block built since last year, pulled it out due to bent valves. Just got the motor back in with the Hayabusa ITB. Running stock Hayabusa TPS sensor with a chipped P28 ecu and VAFC. Will try to get on a dyno soon and will be running the car on the 10th.

Re: LS/Vtec 2.1L with Hayabusa ITB set-up (DefiantGSR)
It works with the VAFC, I can adjust it 0.5V but it would open only to 3.8V @ full throttle. I have it set around 1.2V to open 4.5V @ full throttle and using the VAFC to turn down the fuel -30% @ idle. I didn't have time to modify it with the stock honda TPS. I ran it on my B18C, gain more top end and knock down 2 tenth of my time.

Motor looks good and setup sounds sick. Question for you though, how come your ITBs look upside down and backwards from other Suzuki ITBs? The GSXR 750 and 1000 have the injectors and the vacuum ports on the top, but yours have the injectors on what would be the bottom of regular Suzuki ITBs. Also, your Throttle rotor and TPS are on opposite sides...weird...

I had a GSXR 750 on before the Hayabusa 1300, they are both opposite of each other. Hayabusa 1300 has the vacuum hose on the bottom, instead the top like the GSR 750.

Very sessy...
Is the Kenji program specifically for ITB's? Or for a manifold setup? Just curious if you're having the low rpm, idle & cold start fuel enrichment issues due to the lack of vacuum? Or did you just adjust that to your liking using the VAFC? Did you have to take out an assload of fuel down low?

Re: LS/Vtec 2.1L with Hayabusa ITB set-up (ZigenBallz)
Kenji chip was set up for my B18c with CTR. I having no problem @ idle, I had to take down about 30% @ idle. It did ran a little rich on my B18c, until it warm up. I guess a lot a people was running rich. I was surprise, ran fine with the RC 310 injectors. I had the stock injectors on and it would start to lean out @ WOT, probably due to the fact that I was getting way more air. I guess my old set-up was high compression and needed the extra fuel. Since, the new set-up is around 2.1L, it idles and matched up pretty good. I can tell you it has some awesome torque.

I probably got over 5k miles. Last year I drove it to Woodburn Raceway, Or and back to Boise, ID and put over 1k miles. Daily driving it and putting easy 300 miles a week going back from work and every where else.
