Well I am not a complete novice when it comes to this stuff. I've done a head gasket on this car, rack and pinion, and some other stuff. I have plenty of tools and a work area so it isn't impossible....

Just to be on the safe side, where is the switch that indicates if the trunk is closed or not. Before pulling out the ICU wouldn't it be smart to check if the trunk light is turning off?
