so the SI engine harness is to be tossed? the Distributor on the SI motor has to be taken out ?

awesome so when you say u do not use the harness are we speaking about the harness on the motor or the one from the DX ? the new engine has the SI Harness on it obviously so is it that one I do not...

the plugs on the left all look as if they will just hook together except one square one Ive...

So since I swapped the motor instead of just the doing the dpfi to mpfi swap is there anything different as to the wiring that I have to do different ? meaning I have all the info Freemananana gave...

I tried to figure out how to get it out, but ran out of patience lol there is a pin or something holding it in and I didn't want to waist hours trying to figure it out lol

Thanks guys i tilted the tranny side like suggested and finally got it in :) that stupied shift linkage bar almost made smash the whole car to pieces with a sludge hammer grrrr was always getting in...

Only reason I ask is when I took out the old SI radiator it had what looked like a tranny cooler as well which obviously was not what it was, so is it for the AC? I smashed my front by plain...

So is there a difference between the SI radiator and the DX, I smashed the front in and wrecked the rad on the SI ? will the DX rad do the trick ?

So i have everything almost done to pull the engine do I pull the throttle cable from the pedal ? or with my DX one reach ?

Also those two missing wires in the DX where do they run from? do they...

so even know Im removing the SI engine and Tranny and putting into a DX shell I have to rewire ? the swap will be everything including the MPFI, can anyone tell me if what has to be rewired?

I ran my SI into the rear of a 2007 Honda Civic lol but engine and tranny are still good I think I will swap engines, I know it's a solid engine and has way more Jam :) from what I understand the...

Hey Guys sorry if I seemed like a novice but I also own a 1.6L SI which I loved, I know its suppose to be pretty week in power but not that bad! I was just mentioning what the previous owner did he...
