Found out from Facebook groups that it should hold prime before a start so ordered a new fuel pump and going to replace soon. Hopefully that fixes the issue

well.. feeling defeated. even with banjo bolt Its not holding pressure on my fuel rail gauge, and still no start.
To troubleshoot further, I took the tank return line off the fuel pressure regulator...

clamped the return line on Fuel pressure regulator and PSI goes to 90 on rail, but then falls back down to 10 in 1-2 seconds.

My 91 crx w/ b16 has had multiple fuel related issues for the last 2 months, currently the issue is, fuel pump primes, CEL goes on then off, pressure goes to 50 (on fuel rail), but then drops...

I did all that, drained half of coolant, put in cleaner, drove for a few days, drained radiator completely, flushed with gallon of water, then filled with distilled water and water wetter.

update: so I tried bleeding the system with fingers crossed and it seems it had a few air pockets in the upper radiator hose I had to squeeze out and it was about a quarter gallon low on antifreeze....

update: spoke to my mechanic and he said he can use a temperature sensing gun (it uses a laser light and you can point it at different objects to tell their temp) on the radiator in different areas...

fan is sucking air through the radiator onto the engine, same way it would flow during driving. and when I flushed radiator it took like 10 mins to drain but thats because on my radiator it a spicket...

in order to bleed the system u run engine with radiator cap off on a elevated service, such as a drive way with the front of the car...

well I did run the prestone radiator cleaning in my car for a few days about 1 to 1 1/2 hours worth of driving and then drained it, but didnt use garden hose to flush the system out, guess I will...

yes the B16 motor has a temp sensor located below the vtec solenoid near the distributor on the block, which is a Green plug that plugs into a sensor with a green plastic input on it. which tells...

alright update!
so the wiring setup is very weird but its working, there is constant power to the B input, constant ground to the C input and D goes to positive power once the CTS switches on....

ok does it matter which power and ground wires goto where on the relay? because it has the 4 connections A,B,C and D. as of now..
A = power to fan
B= to wire harness which I'm not sure is connected...

BTW Thank you very much for the diagram! I'm starting to understand it more, I think my main concern is the center part correct? all the rest seems to be for A/C use, what about the pressure...
