Ok, thanks to the advice above, I was able to verify that the clicking is coming from the passenger side radiator fan (larger one). It is coming from the center of the fan (motor?), not the blades...

Well if it HAS to go, take the $5k offer and run. I would have suggested you can get $4k if you have all the maintenance records and your area has a high demand for hondas. Good looking car though.

nothing wrong with autos... the '98-'02 models are the ones with weak trannies. a '95 has a great auto tranny if it wasn't neglected. Check the tranny fluid if its dark there might be a problem.

Well I found a timing belt component kit TCK186 for $61.57 on amazon, but it doesn't give a good description. (how can you tell its oem?) Is that the one you're referencing?

Thanks for all the comments and tips again. The tranny fluid and spark plugs look good, I'll have to check up on fuel pump and voltage stabilizer.
