Going with monitor blues or yellows. Wanna keep the price of the springs under 200 and I want as close to 2 inches as possible

needing help deciding wich springs to go with to lower my car. its a 2000 civic ex coupe and im not looking for it to be stanced just to lower it and handle better. ive been looking at a few variants...

yes its an ex and the original y8 head the iac is the one that came on my car. just didnt know if it could be bypassed cuz i dont really have the 200 for a new one.

im in the process of a d16y7 block/y8 head (mini me) swap and ive replaced the icm but a weak ish spark could this be happening to my motor as well. im kinda new to distributor motors so any help...
