97 accord ex ac issues

So my accord blows warm air sometimes and ice cold other times. I took it to an AC shop to diagnose the issue and they said the psi is fine and its blowing cold air, bring it back when it doesn't...

I pulled them fuel rail and watched nothing come out as engine was cranked. The problem was solved though, it was the ground that connects to the manifold. Thanks for the very helpful information
