The hard disk drive (HDD) uses a database called "Grace Note" to identify artists and song titles upon reading a CD. The "My Acura" web site refers to being able to download an update to Grace Note...

I just bought a 2012 TSX wagon with the tech package. When you put a CD in, it copies music, titles, and artist name to the HDD (hard disk drive). This is done courtesy of "Gracenote" software......

Octane rating is something there is a lot of voodoo about, in people's minds. The 2012 TSX owner's manual declares 91 octane is REQUIRED... do not forget that at different elevations octane...
