The brake light sockets and lights came out easily.

The crescent wrench just gave me leverage to turn the socket with my fingers and it's fine.

The 21 watt light was burned out, so I ordered a 7 watt led to replace it.

The cord unplugged, but the light socket assembly won't push in and won't turn.

Should I try a wrench on it?

I think the universal fit doesn't help, because Honda hubs are built into the steering wheel as one piece.
