Its black little box that is connected under the dash board on the driver side by the brake pedal to the left bunch of fuses and stuff I checked to see if it was the one that said flasher on it I got...

I'm saying that I tried to see if it was the switch that's messed up but it turns my headlights and high beams on but when it comes to pulling it down nd pushing it up for the turn signals nothing...

I try to replace the flasher relay its a black box right? That's what I meant by flasher fuse but that still didn't fix the problem when I turn the turn signal switch it turns my headlights on...
