Sounds like you need to replace the sway bar links and bushings. You may not be able to feel the play in them but just the slightest amount will cause noise. This is very common in accords.

On the accords when the d4 light flashes its like a check engine light for your tranny. Go to a transmission shop and have them check for codes. Then and only then will someone be able to guide you...

Not quite sure if the da struts and springs will fit but I know for a fact the dc ones will. just put agx struts, tein s springs and blox lca's in my 93 hatch that came out of a 99 gsr.
