I have a 2002 Accord 2.3 sedan with 175K, runs great, I want to keep it going.

Exhaust rusted out at the flange between the B-pipe and muffler. I don't think it can be repaired.

I would keep the plastic tray.

Use nicopp brake lines - they won't rust.
And there are 3 steel fuel lines in the tray that need protection.

11.9V on the white wire is a little low, unless your battery is also low.

I would say that all you need is a new sensor.

Maybe you have a leak. Get a set of gauges and
check the low and high pressure sides.

If you still have the original sensor (it's an Air/Fuel ratio sensor on the ULEV engine, not technically
an O2 sensor) - test the 2 black wires for resistance. Should be low ohms, not open circuit....

It matters. Look under the hood at the engine cover.
If it says "ULEV-vtec" you have the F23A4 engine.

The upstream sensor for the F23A4 would be the 234-9014 Denso.
It's $127 on amazon.

with a Denso from Amazon.

Find My Part (http://densoautoparts.com/find-my-part.aspx) to find which one you need,

Denso is OEM,...

There are 5 lines above the plastic cover. 2 rear brake lines and 3 fuel lines (supply, return and vapor).
All 5 lines are clipped into the plastic. So some thing(s) may be damaged when you remove...

The rear brake lines are covered by a plastic cover which traps salt and moisture.
Mine were rusted out, this is under the center of the car, not by the fuel tank.

I have an 02 Accord, 4cyl auto, purchased new.
When you have it up on a lift:

Check for rust on the rear part of the front sub-frame. pass side.

There may also be rust on the rear brake lines...

Best would be to charge by weight, but if you are topping off:

Looking at this chart, it would be 45-55psi low side, and 250-270psi high side.
No engine speed mentioned, so I would guess idle.

You need to fix the P0122, tp sensor circuit low voltage.
