97 ex 1.6 soc yeah low end power in 1st and 2nd gear... between 1200 and 3900 rpm

when giving it gas it doesnt feel like its getting the right amount of pull... car idles weird sometimes too... i already replaced the fuel filter and thermostat... it has a lil intake on it but i...
