Because mine seem to be maybe a half inch or less sticking out (the skinny part before it widens alot) and I'm sure...

I just purchased four used rims with 2 good tires on them 215/40 size and the rims are 16's gonna put them on my accord which the stock size is like 175/85 R13 and I only paid 50 bucks :thumbup:
