The car is a DX so the D16 was swapped in. He never said if the oil pan was off and I dont remember if the baffle was there when I had the pan off to replace the gasket. I think im going to remove...

Thanks for the info. Its tough to google something when u don't know what it's called grumble. I have replaced the pcv even though the old one seemed ok. Guess ill just have to tear into it and see...

I have a D16Z6 swapped into my 95 DX. The car has had a heavy oil leak since I got it. I replaced the oil pan gasket twice thinking that was the cause since it was all over the bottom of the engine....

Have you ever used 3M trim tape? That stuff works very well. I have used it on emblems and trim on many cars and never had a problem with it holding if properly applied. Wiping with the primer pads...

Unless the clear is designed for high heat, it will yellow and peel. Sounds like your only option is to find an oven. Maybe post on a local forum to you and see if anyone has a oven you can use?
