Yes, it can. I found a genuine honda MVCI on craigslist and put it together with a one day subscription from American Honda. The subscription for HDS only cost $10. The HDS software offers everything...

That other fella was not being nice but it is what I would do. You could either replace the parts one at a time or you could put a gauge on it and if pressure looks good perhaps you could figure out...
