even with a sleeved 86mm block your still at 1789cc, staying with your bore without spending a bunch of money, change those pistons to pcts thatll get you to about 11:1, with that compression Id run...

68mm is too big, and 440s are too big, and you will be lucky to hit 170whp with this setup, 200whp with a true 1600cc engine would cost thousands to build without boost or juice!

you could check out Slowmotion Motorsports, there in Columbus, Oh. Check out their website, or ebay store. Some guys here in Cincinnati rely on them for tuning, but Ive heard nothing but good things!

You certainly can go too big on both exhaust pipes and headers depending on what RPM range you want your torque to peak. However it is not restriction (back pressure) that changes the torque curve...

The idea that going to a larger piping will loose power in the low RPM's and gain power in the high RPM's, is false. If you look at any 3" vs 2.5" test, power is made EVERYWHERE in the powerband-THIS...
