so our '03 accord v6 has about 100,000 miles on it. the struts are awful, the car sounds like it'll fall apart when you go over bumps. i don't think they've ever been changed.

thanks, will do. i didn't check alldata for that, because i wanted real world experience from someone who's done it. and we do have the same car, '03 v6 ex sedan(don't have the owners manual though)...

can you please point out where the rear drain plug is, and the procedure for letting air out? i would think the procedure is to pour coolant in with the heater at max, while engine is running

for a '03 v6 with 95,000 miles. it gets very hot here in NY\C in the summer, and very cold in the winter, as you guys know...

or would you guys recommend to use 10W-30(or 5W-30?) in the summer,...

let a family friend borrow our '03 accord ex sedan(first and last time i'm doing that, believe me), and they messed up the cd changer... 2 cds are stuck in it, and to make matters worse, the radio...

can't undo the crank bolt. that sucker is on there tight. why the hell does honda tighten it so much? :hammer:

edit: nevermind.

can't seem to get the crankshaft pulley off. tried about everything; used a snap on impact gun(~400 ft-lbs torque), got the honda\acura crankshaft holding tool, it won't budge....

crap, i turned the front crankshaft to try and line it up instead of turning the crank. i hope i didn't mess anything up. i doubt it, as the timing belt would turn the crank anyway, right?

thanks, gentlemen! i don't have an hds, but i presume that step was put there just for the techs. another question, is it recommended to have to use honda coolant, or can i just use prestone?

nope, i can't seem to find instructions on how to do it, as i've never had to clean a throttle body bore before.

strangely enough, the CEL went off, but the idle is still rough at times.

yup, redbull-1, the o2 sensor i bought is the bosch 'wideband a\f sensor'. the connector looks the same as the sensor in the front of the car, and it has 5 wires(gray, black, blue, yellow, & white)....

the first 2 codes are for the o2 sensor, bank 1 sensor 1. now, exactly which o2 sensor do i replace? i already bought a bosch OEM...
