You need to do some diagnoses but they have been having issues with the compressor seizing up and the whole system may need to be replaced if its contaminated .

There is no timing belt but they do have a chain and they do have issues with them if
they lacked on oil changes . Take it some where and get it inspected but they are pretty solid .

I am with Targa start with the switch and go from there hopefully you have records of replacing the fluid at the dealer that will help on Hondas decision if you end up needing a transmission .

Yes they are only use OEM plugs and see which cylinder misfires first swap the coil to a different cylinder on the other bank and see if it followes .

if there is no leaks . With that many miles take the head off get it checked and resurfaced if needed new head gasket intake and exhaust gaskets , valve seals , valve cover gasket .

its not going to be cheap your front rotors are pressed on it would be cheaper if there is enough metal to resurface the rotors with a oncar brake lathe and install new pads .

Get a can of silicone spray roll the window down and spray in the run channel . Take a flat head screw driver and put a rag over the tip of it and run it up and down inside the channel a few times ....
