Yes they are only missing the nut not stud like stated. They are 1" thick. Pics show them dirty but i'll clean before i ship em.

If you're looking for omething cheap go on youtube and do a search for ebay exhaust on a integra. Most i'vr seen come with silencers. Other then that a junkyard wouldn't be a bad idea either.
