I would take off your IACV and clean the shit out of it, including the ports on the manifold with some carb cleaner. but allow it to completely dry before installing it.

Umm i'm pretty sure you'll have to either use premade axles from hasport(http://hasport.com/store/index.php/h-ax.html) or driveshaft shop custom axles. You could make your own using a b series axle...

Could be a number of reason, crack head/block, improper torquing/sequence, etc.The only way you're gonna find out is to tear it apart.

Your normal plugs should fit the normal headlights and high beams. The only thing you will have to run yourself is a fog light harness.

If you cannont find a local tuner to chip your ecu, then check out http://www.phearable.net/ i had a P28 basemap for my H22 from them.

I just run my O2 on the collector on the header, but...

1) Is the P28 you want to chip OBD1 or OBD2?
2) You might have to cut and rewire the distributor plug.
3) Any OEM 4 wire O2 would be best if your using the P28.
4) OBD2 Uses a O2 before and after...

There's a lot of wheels that look similar to the CE28's. Just looked for the forged/rays on the outside lip and the inside/back of the wheel.

Yeah thats the honda tool used to compress it. But i don't why your belt isn't coming on the only thing that should be making it tight is the tensioner, as soon as it is taken it off the belt should...
