Re: 6766 vs 6466 gen 2

I just saw they're doing a 1.05 open t3 6870 gen 2 turbo. Depending on its price point, it may be the best option. I'm fine with a bit over $2k play fee, but much past that starts making me cringe a...

Re: 6766 vs 6466 gen 2

I don't realistically have a power goal. I'm just looking to build a setup on 'kill' that I can take to 1/4-mile events, half-mile events, etc and put a hurting out there. The engine should be able...

Re: 6766 vs 6466 gen 2

i saw that, but this line makes me wonder how much more capable the 6766 is capable of.

"Now look at this next dyno on Reid's car, (This is a 100,000 mile completely stock never opened supra...

I've looked around, and can't find anything that really answers my question well. Hoping H-T can help me out some.

I'm trying to work out a turbo setup. Setup currently:

Weird electrical issue - Innovate MTX-D boost gauge

Hey guys. I've been posting this over in the Integra-specific forum since I suspect it's an Integra-specific issue, but as it's gotten zero traction and I'm all but out of ideas, I figured I'd try...

Re: Weird Electrical Issue - Fusebox ignition hot

So I realized today that the Mac solenoid, which requires 12v key hot, was on the same circuit. Moved it to its own circuit and no change.

Moved it to a relay setup with the Mac solenoid not...

Re: Weird Electrical Issue - Fusebox ignition hot

Last night, checked the other male spades, found another ignition hot - last one was hot with accessories, this one was hot only when turned to 'on'.

Same exact symptoms.

Also, relay does NOT...

Re: Weird Electrical Issue - Fusebox ignition hot

Innovate tech guy thinks I'm on a PWM circuit, I'll have to check tonight if I can get my hands on a multi-meter. I just hope we have an answer finally.

If so, time to find another keyed hot.

Weird Electrical Issue - Fusebox ignition hot

Got an oddball issue.

I'm trying to put an MTX-D boost gauge and MTX-L Wideband on my '97 Integra LS. It seems like it's working with the exception of when it's in some way incorporating the fuse...

Re: Skunk2 Throttle Body sticking + Fuel Tank Gasket question

Last night I adjusted the TPS to WOT as called out in the various calibration threads. I measured out the closed throttle and saw it was 0.43, so I used the set screw to adjust it out to 0.48. I...

Re: Skunk2 Throttle Body sticking + Fuel Tank Gasket question

Pictures of the inside of the throttle body. It does appear to be scuffing the inside. I cleaned the marks with brake clean to make sure it's not carbon even though it's got roughly 4 hours idling on...

Re: Skunk2 Throttle Body sticking + Fuel Tank Gasket question

It's not sticking at full throttle I think, it's partial throttle.

For example, when I start it the car won't idle. If I hold it at 2k rpm the car will stay there. I get out, manually move the...

Re: Skunk2 Throttle Body sticking + Fuel Tank Gasket question

Re: Skunk2 Throttle Body sticking + Fuel Tank Gasket question

Not to mention, I may have very well not have the throttle cable set up right, or idle screw not played with.

Time to go hunt down procedures for this if it is indeed a thing.

Re: Skunk2 Throttle Body sticking + Fuel Tank Gasket question

Pump cover is off right now. Will Hondabond hold up to e98? Running e85 now, but will likely convert once I have a reliable way to get e98 to the house.

I contacted Skunk2, they said to send in a...

Just an FYI, your phearable.net link actually goes to phearable.net/shoppingcart and produces a 404 error.

Off to buy a 4bar MAP sensor now!
