Icon3 ???k20 with itb or b18 swap???

Hey i know this a very commonly asked question here at honda tech but i need fresh new opinions on what i should do? im leaning more towards the k20 with itb swap....its going in my 2000 civic...

I own a 1997 Honda Civic Ex.....I had recently replaced the fuel pump, strainer, fuel filter, and fuel pressure regulator to fix an issue with the car...and the problem was resolved!..but now the car...
