the motor was safe!!!!
threw on the new oil pan earlier today and dumped oil in there and charged the battery and BAMM started rite up no rod knock no nothin..started up rite away

ohh yeaa i have the car at home now.
i bought i new oil pan earlier today and im planning on throwing it on tomarow morning.
i just want to know if my motor is gone so i wont use the new pan and...

make sure the radiator isnt clogged or hoses are broken or no put in correctly.

if its blowing the fuse out a stronger fuse
for example if it says to put a 10 put a 15 instead.
that should solve your problem

Icon6 distibutor problem...

so i have a gsr swap in my crx and the distributor was going out on it.
throwing codes 4 and 9.
the car stopped running one day so i bought another distributor online and threw it on....the car...

it might be your distributor thats close to going out already.
had the same problem on my crx and didnt fix it so my distributor went COMPLETELY out and now my car wont start at all

so the car used to bogg out when i punched the gas.
the it would go into "limp" or "safe" mode and wouldnt let me 3000rpms.
now the car just wont start..check engine light codes 4 and 9 so i bought...

my '90 crx si with a gsr swap wont start at times.
when it does start it idles really low (400-500rpm)
then suddenly jumps to 1000rpm and back down again.
the car boggs everytime i try to punch on...
