Probably a corroded speed sensor contact. Pull it off the trans and take a look.

If it can be cleaned, use some die electric grease when you put it back together

Well since OEM head bolts are out of production, ARP is your best bet.

Plus ARP are re-usable.

The P8R head has Vtec sized intake valves. no performance replacements needed as this head cant handle high revs because of the valvetrain. a typical 3 or 5 angle works fine on this head.

Hmm..Well you have 2 things to check..


Id point to a slave if the MC has been replaced..Those should be a cheap easy fix and little to no bleeding.

I dont know what to tell you.. Maybe post this up in the 5th gen forum where it belongs and you may get some better results

Well if it hasnt been on an alignment rack, how do you know its aligned?


Get it on a rack and get all the specs from the computer. Doing this from the start couldve saved you from buying a new...
