You can also check under the hood. Take off the cover to the fuse/relay box thats under the hood and look inside the cover.

Leave it as it is. Those that know understand that symbol for precision meaning its Honda just improving on themselves. Those look tight as they are and shows that you've improved your stock accord.

I'd suggest you run a complete fuel system cleaner like "guaranteed to pass" (emissions) fuel cleaner especially with your mileage.

Breaker bar and socket is the best way to go since you can use them for other repairs down the line if you do them yourself. Why by a specialty tool like a tensioner release tool that's only useful...
