Idle Air Control Valve and 2000 Honda Accord

I need to replace the Idle Air Control Valve on my 00 Honda Accord. Does anyone know the cheapest place to get this part? Auto part stores are averaging about $180 for it.

My temperature Gauge does not work at all on my 2000 Honda Accord. I was told that it is more than likely the Coolant temperature Sending Unit. Where is this located on a 2000 accord? I know that...
