This will sound stupid but when adjusting your timing with the timing light.... the three little marks on the flywheel which one is it supposed to be at at 16 degrees? And when I get it to that point...

boostedej1: thank you so much!!! Your theory on the speedo was correct! Extended the wires and wired in the right plug hooked it up.... took it out for a spin and it pulled smooth and hard past 7000...

I have no idea.... I was told the ecu had a stock h22 base map tune on it.... I'm having my buddy come over later and we are going to read whats on the chip. Hopefully we will find something out.

No my speedo does not work.... but I have not hooked up the plug from the wire harness to the speedo sensor.... have a different plug on my harness than the speed sensor... So I still need to soder...

Problems problems problems... got on it today and its cutting out at 4500rpms..... it almost sounds like its hitting the rev limiter....

well....... I GOT IT STARTED!!!!!! turns out one of the wires wired in for the resistor box was not a good connection... Fired right up the first time. Took it around the block to see how it ran....

Ya were getting fuel and spark and nothin yet. No CEL. put it to top dead center and had it pointing on the number 1 cylinder plug... from there moved the distributor back and forth but nothing....

Searched, bought a swap and guy gave me an internal h22 distributor and an external h22 distributor. Running an 0bd1 setup. I am not getting any spark. I had a d15b in my eg and it was running an...

I'm running a p28 with an h22 base map tune, the chip and tune was put on there before I got so I thought maybe there could be no tune on the chip. So than I tried my stock p28 I used for my d15b...

So I got everything hooked up and installed in my 94 eg hatch for my h2b. Heres a couple pics of it now. Tried starting it a couple nights ago... had a fuel issue, worked that out... Now I can't...
