I'm anxious to hear the diagnosis. I have the same problem. I have not had the cooling system flushed yet but that's the only thing left besides getting the HG done.

Did they test your radiator before replacing it . D oyou know what caused it to clog up ? Does using another brand of anti-freeze ( not Honda) cause this ?

Thanks for the lead. Is there anything special about this that requires Honda experience ? I have a friend that has a had a good VW repair shop for over 30 yrs. He usually doesn't get much Honda...

I really don't want to go the a dealership but I don't know of any independent garages that specialize in Hondas in this area. Even the nearest dealership is 45 minutes away. I live in Central PA ,...

Well how did you make out ?Did you have the head gasket replaced ?
I replaced my radiator cap with the correct OEM cap, and also had the combustion test done - it passed. I refilled the radiator...

OK. SO where is all this air coming from. Does it mean blown head gasket ? You said you had it tested or carbon monoxide in the coolant , right ?

I have the same problem .It appears the pressure builds up t o the point that the coolant is forced out of the reservoir . The fan then blows it onto the hoses and engine. I've replaced the radiator...
