When you say the t mount are you talking about the rear engine mount? You should put up a picture of the cracked area, especially because a lot of the Honda casting marks look like cracks

Sounds like you have the turbo going to the top port on the WG instead of to the bottom port which would give you spring psi. Try taking WG off and making sure it moves also, 7psi is not to hard to...
