Header for B18cR

Hi guys,

I've searched with very little result.

I have a 98 JDM ITR B18cR and I'm looking for a megaphone header to fit without sacrificing power.

The 'problem' is that the ITR has a full...

Re: Troubleshooting: DC2R Ignition components options for a standalone ECU

I'm on a local system called Powermods. We were actually considering mounting the trigger wheel between the 2 pulleys of the ATI using the 3 bolts to hold them all together. We'll eed to space the ps...

DC2 ITR Alternator

Hi all. I have a 98 JDM DC2 ITR.

Earlier today I noticed the rev counter bouncing all over the place and slight bit of intermittent backfire.

We swapped out the coil and noted that the original...

re: B-Series Engine Rod Weight Comparison Question

I'm sure the Crowers must be lighter than the stock rod. A friend with an H22 has a set of Crowers. He says they're lighter than his stock rods.

Next question. I'm going 84mm on the b18c. What's...

I'm hoping they'll be lighter than stock.

re: B-Series Engine Rod Weight Comparison Question

Lol, now I'm in even more doubt. I did actually have a set of Eagles that I sold cheap, because I was told they're heavier than stock rods & were pointless for
a NA build. I do know that the TypeR...

B-Series Engine Rod Weight Comparison Question

Hi. I have a 98 JDM Integra TypeR.

I'm trying to confirm the weight of the rod in my car.
I have managed to establish the following:

Re: Final drive upgrade and power

Yes, I agree.

Our dynos are the roller type where the cars are tuned under load, but the power runs
are on inertia.

I stand corrected, but I believe the rollers calculate the engine power in...

Re: Final drive upgrade and power

I plan on using the current power as a new baseline, yes.

I understand the engine will make the same power, but will it show a loss on the dyno?

Final drive upgrade and power

Hi guys. Can't find enough info to convince myself, so figured I'd ask.

I have a 98 JDM Integra TypeR. It obviously had a 4.7fd, until I recently upgraded to an MFactory 5.1. Works awesome, but I...

Re: LSD Question - Wavetrac VS Mfactory

Well, it seems I'm going to have to go with the oil below. Seems to fit the criteria though.

MFactory 1.5way clutch/plate LSD

Hi. I have a 98 JDM DC2 ITR.

I recently fitted the above diff along wuth a Fidanza flywheel, and it's doing all sorts of weird things.

I've been told it can most likely be attributed to the...

Re: LSD Question - Wavetrac VS Mfactory

So, it seems Synchrotech is prepared to sell their MFacrory diffs to anybody, but isn't prepared to ship oil out of the US..

Any suggestions as to what else I can use?

Red Line as below?

Re: LSD Question - Wavetrac VS Mfactory

I've contacted the local MFactory agent. He does supply Torco, so whatever they recommend I will use. Hopefully nothing that needs mixing.

Thank you! :-D

I can get Redline. It's actually...

So if I were to order Torco oil, what exactly would I order? This includes oil, additives if necessary, whatever.

Re: LSD Question - Wavetrac VS Mfactory

To be honest, I'm thinking the same, but I'm not sure what's locally available. I'm sure I can get MTF from Honda, but you use an additive too that I'm not certain I can get locally (South Africa).

I haven't started that turbo build yet. Lots of other commitments. I have however, bought a 98 JDM ITR. Recently I changed the diff to a MFactory 1.5 way...
