Re: got my first cd5

Congrats on the "new to you" Accord. I bought my 94 EX for $700 in great running condition too. About $1800+ later, and I've got an almost brand new Accord....minus the 255K miles on her, but she...

Re: 97 honda accord ex peddometer and odometer

It very well could be your speedo circuit board. The solder joint issue. Is it intermittent? When the speedo isn't working, does the needle stay around like 18-20 MPH? And does it suddenly start...

Re: lowering 97 accord

It really depends on what you're going for and your budget. Are you looking for "just looks" and an OK ride, or are you looking for max performance and handling? Do you want full adjustibility...

Re: leaking gas from my fuel rail

Exact same thing happened to me. Tore an o-ring on the sharp edge of the fuel rail. Just replace all the O-rings while you're at it...piece of mind and you'll already have it off.

Re: 215/75r15 tires on 91 accord ex

Why would you want such a tall tire on an accord? Your speedometer read-out will be off and I'd guess you'll run into rubbing issues.

Re: Rough Idle gets so low it dies 1990

Nothing wrong with adjusting the idle screw especially on a 1990. Who knows if it's even in the factory setting or if its the original TB? It's 24 years old, a lot could have happened to it.

Re: Rough Idle gets so low it dies 1990

Put your throttle cable back to normal. Try using the idle screw to adjust your idle level.

Re: 95 WAGON WINDOW WOES!!!!HELP!!!

OK, sorry......I'm still not clear on #2. So...if you went to your back passenger seat and used that window switch, does it put the window down and back up?

A window switch from a 95 sedan should...

Re: 95 WAGON WINDOW WOES!!!!HELP!!!

First off, welcome!

Ok, so a little clarification needs to be had. So:

- Driver's main window switch ONLY puts all the windows down, but not up?

- Each individual window switch on their...

Hey zigerog,

First off, welcome to H-T. I'm not familiar with your motor, but try posting it in the Civic section and I'm almost positive that someone will chime in on your questions. Good luck.

Re: Brakes on 94 accord

Have you bled the brakes? That's where I'd start. Maybe air in the lines.

Re: PNW 1989 b20b civic wagovan

Nice and simple looking, I like it. I've wanted a Wagovan so bad...still keep a look out for any good deals but I love the uniqueness of them. I like the stance yours has, not obnoxiously slammed but...

Re: Speedometer sometimes jumps to 20MPH and stays there

The solder trick isn't hard at all. It took me forever to figure this out as well but since I've resoldered the speedo board it hasn't failed on me yet. I got another from a junkyard for cheap and...

Re: how the hell do i remove the iacv?

TB isn't necessary to remove but it did help me remove and re-install the IACV a lot easier multiple times . Little bit more room, plus I was cleaning my TB anyway.

Can I eliminate the annoying alternating blinker???

I have a 94 EX. The alternating blinker is annoying as hell on my car. It looks stupid and it also makes my turn signals blink faster than normal. No, it's not the same as hyper-flash...all bulbs...
