Turns out you are EXACTLY right, after taking out the seats and examining the wiring.. this car was not supposed to have power seats.

One problem with this though,
I have the 05 Honda accord LX "special edition"
which if im correct the special edition means they came with leather seats and possibly power seats?

I dont have heated seats, but the power seat is working yes... only because it was directly wired to the fusebox for some reason

true there is only one unit, its located behind the little flipping cover thing in the center console.
i was confused with the little sensors placed around the car.

yeah i see. Not sure, i did find out though that those 2 wires aren't going to my seatbelt.
The wires coming from my seatbelt is another blue plug and its already plugged into something.

The only recall for my car is
2005-2010 Accord 4-cylinder A/T control module software
this does deal with the transmission, however im not totally sure.

it looks like someone previously removed the plastic piece to the left of the shifter. I assume since they did that they probably had to unlock it at one point.

Someone else did, it was my sister's car and she got a new one.

Well.. the car only overheats while idling if its just in the driveway on for a while or if you are at a red light. Ill notice the car like shakes and then I check the temp gauge and its almost near...
