It's actually very easy. Disconnect the ground from the battery. Wait 3 minutes for the power to drain. Remove the plastic casing that goes around the steering column (under the steering wheel). ...

This is off of Ebay.com, but nevertheless... It's only about $55 shipped.

I'm not so sure if it matters with these type of parts if it is "no name" off of ebay or a well-known brand for things...

The shocks are good. The car does little bouncing after a speed bump. No sounds like anything is rattling but it just feels very loose in the rear end. lol It's mainly under hard driving...

I checked the oil last night. In a period of 4 weeks driving it every single day (10-20 miles each day) I lost little to no oil. Also, oil is clean. I checked the coolant too and it's all clear...
