This happened to me the other day i just pulled them out with needle nose pilers.

Also I had some real crappy wires one time from a crappy auto part store,wont say the name lol but im sure...

My old 1993 Civic si hatch was a EH3 i believe and my friends 1995 Coupe ex said EJ6 i think. And i think all 96-98 Civics are EJs also and i believe 99-00s were EM if im not mistaken or is it just...

How did your y7 act when your exhaust manifold cracked ?

My 97 hatch has a magnaflow exhaust manifold with cat built in.
It started to develop a tiny crack right above where the cat starts by the seam closest to the pipe that goes to cylinder 1.

Maybe oil got in your distributor. Or maybe ignition coil in the distributor is bad. Check your spark plug wires with a voltage meter. Misfires can be a pain but eventually you will find it,just pray...

No i didnt check any sites...i just wanted to get it over with so i just took the beams out. lol i think its a ten pound reduction also lol.

After doing a little research it seems 97-00 Hatchbacks...

Turned out to be an ignition coil and a dead plug wire on the 1997 ex. I bought a rich porter ignition coil off ebay for 20 bucks and 32 for new wires at Orilleys,I have now put close to 4,000 miles...
