Accessing power steering hose connections on 2001 Accord

Is there a reasonably easy way to access the power steering hoses at the rack without special tools? any info welcome

Dash Lights Dim

2001 Honda Accord Val. Package.At night time Dash lights dimmer than usual......guages and tach working..just dim lights across dash including radio and clock...battery good, dealer installed...

Try replacing (or cleaning) the 3-section rectangular o'ring with screen behind the IACv. (I think the o'ring assembly is called a Filter Spool Valve) May sound trivial--but I start out simple minded...
