Re: FS: GE Block, Built B16 Head, M-Factory LSD, DSS 2.9 Axles

Yes, they are a direct replacement for the oem axles. You don't have to replace the hubs.
And they're sold/shipped out!

Optima is sold!

Re: FS: GE Block, Built B16 Head, M-Factory LSD, DSS 2.9 Axles

If you wanted to make really big numbers I'm sure it would need some port/polish work. I was easily making 420whp with itr cams at 17psi on pump gas. I see no reason why it couldn't do 600whp as is!

Re: FS: GE Block, Built B16 Head, M-Factory LSD, DSS 2.9 Axles

I think the only way M-Factory warranties their products is if they insatll it or one of their recommended shops does. I installed it at my friend's shop, so I'm assuming there is no warranty.

Re: Cold starts die; Warmed up its fine

Sounds to me like you are running too cold of a plug or your plug gap is way too tight. I had this exact problem when I had a NGK 9 plug in my turbo car. I threw in some 7 plugs and it immediately...

Re: head rebuild advice

If your compression numbers are low check the rings first. Pour a cap full of auto trans fluid into each low cylinder. If the numbers jump up you can be pretty sure it's the rings. If no change...

Re: Most common comments made by (non car) friends and family about your turbo projec

"What does ROLRACR on your license plate mean?"

"How do you fit in that Integra?"

"You can't just turn the motor sideways and make it RWD like a 240?"

"What's that helmet in the back seat...

Re: stripped engine mount threads

Just use the Helicoil kit. I got one from O'Reilly auto parts for $42. It you got to a larger bolt you'll have to drill out the bracket. And the heads on the new bolts may hit the upper portion of...
