Catch can

What is the purpose for an oil catch can and when is it needed? Also when would you require a oil cooler. I am sure this has been asked before but I will ask it again. Thanks for any help given.

I stayed with the SOHC vtec but its bore sleved . 8.5 to 1 compression going turbo stage 3 head job knifed crank the engine was built for over 400whp but not sure if want to have it that much lol yea...

In a few month I will be putting the new motor in it and i don't think the stock fuel pump will handle it.

everthing except the rotor and calipers I would by new. My budy has a shop and I get parts at cost https://honda-tech.com/forums/images/smilies/emsmile.gif oops there a core charge on the calipers tho

I'm wondering what the break-in time should be for a motor that was just build that I am buying from a co-worker miles ect. The motor was set up for a turbo it has 8.5 to 1 compression bore .20 over...
