Your CEL must be too bright; thus draining your battery and engine juice.

Hello Honda-tech:
Here's the problem. My 97 hx(stock) has been running pretty rich and, when my car is low on fuel, I have a harder time starting it up. When I am parked facing uphill it is slower...
