If you have an intelligent start system the viper smrat key bypass module probably needs re-programming.
Find it maybe in the drivers tunnel kick panel, pull the power lead from it, press the button...

Assuming you got the bleeding air out of the system ........
You should have bench filled/bled the master before installing it ......

Sometimes you may need to adjust the length of the push rod...

Sounds like one or two of the valve rockers are hitting the valve cover to me.

Yes, Honda factory oem rotors are high quality, and have the most friction area over any slotted/drilled rotors, again for none maniac driving.
I "CAN" lock up all 4 wheels (IF I WANT TO) at 100mph...

If all you want is more stopping power for street use, then the EBC GREENSTUFF with good rotors will work. if you want fast street or occasional light track use, the EBC YELLOW, for mad driving/full...

A 2 ft. piece of rubber or plastic hose in your ear will suffice for pinpointing the noise.

Sounds like it may be a bearing on it's way out, alternator/belt tensioner / A-C compressor etc.

X2 on the leaves etc, take the box out and strip it apart and clean it out, lube the fan bearings while you have it apart with some good #30 oil

Don't assume there is ANYTHING wrong yet unless you actually run it.
The oil is probably a leak by if stored on it's side etc, especially as you say the plug looks ok.

Seems a tad long wind'd to me, why not just remove a wheel then it can't be towed either.
