Okay, because the car is flagged for Star Certification requirement and flagged as a gross polluter, too. Clean looking car, but buyers might want to know what they're getting into before plopping...

Brother in law has a 2006 civic lx...The radio doesn't work. He just wants a radio.

What would be an OEM direct swap with his non-premium head unit?

Could I easily swap in a premium stereo...

First thing you can do is just get under the car and start shaking things...heat shields, axles, A-Arms, anywhere with a bushing, anywhere and everywhere. Might just be a loose mudflap, a faulty...

Section for the latch mechanism cracked, you could still make it work if you wanted (jb weld is cheap) or you can use it to replace your dirty pad or just use it for the sliding...

Chrysler seems to have issues with the blend door/actuator on most (all?) of their cars.

It's normal. When the AC is on (or it's in defrost mode) the fan will also come on. It does sound weird that it comes on for only a few seconds, but once it recognizes...
