Looks like this is the only reliable way.
Did you use just a ruller/measuring tape, or more fancy methods like 3D scanning ?

Anyone ever did this kind of stuff, i.e. getting all the parameters of the suspension - arms/ joints mounts coordinates, lengths, angles, spring/bars/shocks rates, and then using some software...

it turns out there's someting wrong with distributor

For now i've figured out it is actually OBD1 d15b2 on my civic '92 LSi,
the CEL procedure (as explained here http://technet.ff-squad.com/how-to/celcheck/) shows no error codes.
And still no...

Because here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Honda_engines
it says D15B2 is OBD0
but on the other hand civics are OBD1 since 92

also heard that there is special tool used to block engine that fits into hexagonal socket of the pulley and it has a hole to put a socket on pulley bolt...

tried to block the engine with gear and brakes on but clutch seems to slip when turning off with a breaker bar https://honda-tech.com/forums/images/smilies/emdgust.gif
