Turn the steering all the way to one side, and look at the boot.Usually, you can see splits.
Also, drive in a tight circle, and listen for clicking.
Have you hit anything?As in,a pothole or curb?

My original D15b7, had 265K ish miles, and had an overheat from a sudden loss of coolant. Swapped for a replacement
So x2 timing belt / waterpump change,esp if you do not know when this was last...

Yep, had an 80 hatch t- boned by a guy in a stolen car, Still very tense when turning left to go to the far side of a road (crossing traffic). Had seatbelt on, and felt fine shortly after crash.Next...

BTW, if you were IN the car, a day or 2 later, you WILL develop muscle aches. Think pain and suffering, soft tissue damage,PTDS, etc...

Battery is tight, this is on the pass side floor pan area, near where a suspension arm goes into a bushing on the body. Good idea about motor mounts, rebuilt engine put in 2 years ago...

Drian whatever gets out 1 x a year. 1995-2013, around 250 miles a week. fewer miles recently ( work closer to home)
Approx 360,000 miles on the original transmission.

Yes. If you properly torqued the 2nd HG ,and you are getting leaks to the outside like that,the head HAS to be non flat..

When you stop, and it starts to gain temperature, do you hear the fan kick in?

Near similar problem.Original engine (260K miles) had that hose at that location split and leak.Engine overheated,(warped head) and at 260K decided to have mechanic install replacement...
